Relax, Restore, Rejuvenate…Retreats
Multi Style Yoga School offers a variety of retreats to offer you a custom yoga and meditation experience. Our retreats range in intensity and are therefore offered to yogis of all levels. Whether you want to relax and restore or to intensify and deepen your practice, we can offer something to suit your needs. Our aim is to provide you with the space and guidance to enjoy a centered, calming and rejuvenating experience. Retreats at Multi Style Yoga Schools are also suitable for those who are considering completing their YTT, but currently have reservations or cannot commit to the time/cost. We hope a retreat will inspire you to continue further into your yoga journey, planting the seed of practice for many years to come. What will I be practicing?
At multi style yoga school. We offer daily classes in the following:
- Traditional Hatha
- Ashtanga (led and Mysore style)
- Restorative and Yin yoga
- Clean and comfortable room (either private or shared between 2 people)
- Hot water (not available in Gokarna)/fresh towels and sheets/Western toilet
- 3 delicious, healthy vegetarian meals (Mon-Sat)
- Purified water
- All yoga classes (varying styles)
- Use of yoga shala
- Participation in other activities when available (e.g. kirtan, music, fire puja)
Yoga Retreat Packages
Our packages are designed with flexibility in mind, so that you can create your own individual retreat. Choose the number of days and classes, and leave yourself as much time as you need to relax on the beach! Alternatively choose from one of the set course packages below.
