300 Hour Yoga TTC
Our 300 hour YTTC is an advanced level course, offering the opportunity to build upon and expand your knowledge. We begin to dive deep into yoga philosophy, studying ancient texts and learning how to translate the lessons from these scriptures into our practice, our teachings and our daily lives. You will be assisted in the development of your authentic, unique teaching voice, and we will spend time developing your skills in sequencing and adjustments. The 300 hour TTC offers an opportunity to learn more about Ayurveda, the scientific counterpart and medicinal sister of the yoga practice. We offer multi style courses to give you a wide base of knowledge, and allow you to develop your own path and style. Following tradition, we respect and cherish all aspects of these ancient practices and you will begin to explore the true meaning of yoga beyond the physical practice, embarking on a lifelong journey of self-discovery and enquiry!
On completion of the 300 hour YTTC program, you will hold an internationally recognized 300 hour teacher training certificate from Yoga Alliance, and will be able to share your knowledge and passion for yoga to the world as a highly skilled and fully qualified teacher!
