100 Hour Yoga Therapy TTC
Join us for this unique 100 hour TTC opportunity!
Yoga Therapy involves a variety of practices including asanas, breathing exercises and meditations, in order to improve a health condition or ease a natural process (like pregnancy). It is a holistic method of healing that incorporates all facets of the body and mind in order to promote general well being. Yoga Therapy targets individuals on a case-by-case basis, working with the knowledge that every body is different.
Over the course of this 100 hour program you will be introduced to the key components of yoga therapy, and learn how to work with an individuals specific requirements.
Who can join?
This course is open to anyone with a desire to further their practice and knowledge in these two developing styles of yoga. It’s ideal for those who have done a previous training, and are looking to expand and develop their knowledge. Our 100 hour programs are also suitable for those who are not yet ready for the intensity or commitment of a 200 hour training, but still want the opportunity to broaden their knowledge base.
The 100 hour vinyasa and yin course will consist of the following:
- Daily pranayama/meditation practice
- 2 asana classes per day (yin and vinyasa)
- Philosophy and history of yin
- A look at Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and the 8 limbs in relation to Vinyasa Yoga
- Western anatomy including a look at muscles, joints, connective tissues and fascia
- Eastern anatomy including meridians, nadis and the chakra system
- Vinyasa and Yin class sequencing, adjusments and assists
- Daily teaching practice
- Alignment of all 24 yin asanas, plus extras
- Alignment of all key vinyasa asanas
- A look at how these two styles link together, in theory and in practice
Classes run from 06:30am to about 17:30pm daily. Your time will be spent between asana, theoretical and practical classes. Please note that this is a sample schedule and timings are subject to change.

Accommodation and Food
We know that your teacher training can be an intense time, so we aim to make sure your stay with us is as comfortable and carefree as possible. Rooms are clean, cozy and safe with all the basic amenities. You can choose to share a room with one other person, or take a room for yourself. We provide you with 3 tasty, wholesome and balanced vegetarian meals a day. Lots of yoga requires lots of sustenance, so we strongly encourage you to enjoy all of our delicious curries, salads and soups, alongside plenty of fresh fruits, juices and hot drinks.
