Programs in 100 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course

Teachers will start teaching with the sweet, warm up of daily Pranayama and meditation practices. Every day, teachers will introduce you with the two asana classes that are of Yin and Hatha. In the next courses, they will slowly step up to the theoretical portion of the course with the introduction to Yin and the history of Yin Yoga.

Now it comes the turn for the traditional roots of the yoga that are Daoist, Yogic, and Western point in Yin Yoga. Under western Anatomy, it includes the joints, fascia, connective tissues, and myofascial. Along with these, the Western practice consists of the relevance to the yin yoga practice. Eastern Anatomy is from both Indian culture and Chinese medication. There is daily practice on the teaching and discussions on the sequencing. There is 24 hours study of the yin asanas in deep.

Daily Schedule to follow up in 100 Hour Yin Yoga

Classes take place as same the timings for other courses from 6.30 am to 5.30 pm in the daily routine except for Sundays. Saturdays are half days. Sundays are the relaxation time for the students and enjoy the new environment of nature. The general schedule to follow up by the students is as follows:

Accommodation and Food

Students get clean, comfortable, and safe bedrooms to stay in. The food is also of high quality. The restrooms are near to the Yogashala. Rooms can be for two people or private rooms. It depends upon the preference of the student. There is beautiful scenery of nature a step out of the door where students always feel fresh and have an amazing experience.
