|100 Hour Yoga TTC
Our 100 hour YTTC is offered for beginners, people wishing to broaden their knowledge, or those who are not yet ready to commit to a longer course. Over the duration of the program you’ll be introduced to a variety of physical practices, as well as attending seminars/practice sessions on mantra, philosophy, anatomy and meditation.
|200 Hour Yoga TTC
The 200 hour YTTC provides a holistic, foundational view into yoga. You’ll practice multiple styles of asana and meditation, begin to learn about the philosophy and history of yoga and start to uncover the art of teaching. Our 200 hour program equips you with everything you need to begin your journey as a teacher, as well as helping you in the development of your personal practice.
|300 Hour Yoga TTC
The 300 hour YTTC course is an advanced level program only available to those who have already completed a 200 hour YTTC. Here we go deep into yoga philosophy, looking at key ancient scriptures and finding out how to connect their lessons into our practice and our lives. In order to level up your skills as a teacher we assist you in finding your own voice, developing sequencing and furthering your anatomy knowledge.
|500 Hour Yoga TTC
You have the option to take your 200 hour YTTC and 300 hour YTTC back to back. This requires a huge amount of dedication, determination and will and we recommend it only to those with a consistent practice already. If you’re interested in staying with us for a long time and going on a deep journey of self-discovery, the 500 hour course is the one for you!
